Key Responsibilities- Facilitate and coordinate logistical aspects of assigned study protocols, including communication with research staff and sponsors.
- Provide direct nursing patient care, including administration of medications and performance of clinical study-related tests.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of study-related communication, including with principal investigators, study subjects, and sponsors.
- Ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with inter-professional teams to ensure effective implementation of clinical research studies.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent experience.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- At least two years of experience in managing clinical research trials, with in-depth knowledge of protocol requirements and Good Clinical Practice.
- Intermediate computer and internet skills.
- Excellent customer service and patient care skills.
- Meticulous organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing.
- Three to five years of experience in clinical research trials.
- Certification by the Association of Clinical Research Professionals or The Society of Clinical Research Associates.
