About This Opportunity

The Salvation Army Central Territory is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a vital role in processing donated goods, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and providing exceptional customer service to our shoppers and donors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sort, tag, and price merchandise according to instructions
  • Move priced merchandise to the sales floor or designated shipping location
  • Assist donors with donations, complete receipts, and collect donor information
  • Power sort donations into the correct bins
  • Receive and assist with ARC truck deliveries
  • Help maintain a stocked sales floor and meet production goals
Requirements
  • High school degree or currently pursuing
  • Prior experience preferred, but not required
  • Basic computer skills, including Point of Sales System and payroll program
  • Ability to give change accurately
