Job Title: Clinical Solutions Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Solutions Specialist to join our team at Indica Labs. In this role, you will be responsible for working with customers to identify their software and service needs in digital pathology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Customers: Work closely with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to understand their digital pathology goals and objectives.
- Subject Matter Expert: Provide guidance and support to technical and non-technical stakeholders on digital pathology solutions.
- Pre-Sales Demonstrations: Deliver compelling software demonstrations to prospective customers to showcase the value of Indica Lab's clinical solutions.
- Current/Future State Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments to understand client needs and pain points.
- Client Engagements: Engage with clients on topics such as lab and reporting workflows, AI, image analysis, IT infrastructure requirements, LIS integration, data security, and other systems integrations.
- Implementation Guidance: Provide guidance and advice on optimal implementations, workflow enhancements, and propose tailored solutions that meet client requirements and address identified gaps.
- Implementation Support: Provide support to clients throughout the implementation process, ensuring smooth transition and adoption.
- Software Trials and Proof-of-Concept Studies: Support software trials and proof-of-concept studies.
- Collaboration with Commercial Teams: Collaborate with commercial teams to recommend suitable licenses and products, ensuring accurate and tailored quotations that align with client objectives.
- Training: Provide training for pathologists, laboratory staff, and other medical professionals.
- Continuous Improvement: Interact with customers to drive continuous improvement and ensure they get the best out of their solution.
- After-Sales Support: Work closely with Technical Teams to ensure all customers are provided with after-sales support meeting the KPIs.
- Communication: Communicate information resulting from customer interactions to increase customer satisfaction, product development, and sales delivery.
- Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance solution offerings.
- Commercial Efforts: Support commercial efforts by participating in seminars and tradeshows or giving technical presentations or posters as required.
- HIPAA Compliance: Be responsible for the appropriate accessing and handling of electronic Protected Health Information (PHI) as outlined by policy and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelors Degree (or global equivalent) in business, biomedical sciences, or related scientific discipline.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Relevant Experience: Two (2) years experience in histopathology, digital pathology, and/or image analysis, clinical systems, laboratory information systems.
- Travel Requirements: Valid Passport for national travel as required, Valid Drivers License, Applicant must currently reside in North America, Authorization to work in the United States, or appropriate authorization to work in the applicant's current home country (Indica Labs, Inc. does not sponsor work visas).
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
Location: This is a remote position, located anywhere in the United States, reporting to our headquarters in Albuquerque, NM, USA.
