We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Rio Grande Regional Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the hospital's mission to provide exceptional healthcare services.
About the Role:- Deliver personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care to patients in the Medicine Post Surgical department.
- Collaborate with medical providers and the care team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Assess patient conditions, identify changes, and report them promptly to medical providers.
- Perform procedures, monitoring, and other functions as ordered by medical providers.
- Document patient care administration thoroughly and accurately.
- Provide exceptional patient care by responding promptly to patient requests and anticipating patient needs.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up measures.
Rio Grande Regional Hospital is a 320+ bed full-service hospital serving the Rio Grande Valley for over 30 years. We offer a range of inpatient and outpatient medical and surgical services, including a Level III Trauma Center and a 30+ bed NICU. Our hospital is committed to providing exceptional patient care and has been recognized for patient safety and clinical excellence.
Requirements:- Minimum 12 months acute care experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
