New Home Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated New Home Sales Consultant to join our team at Starlight Homes. As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales processes.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in a direct selling role and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. You must also be able to work evenings and weekends, as well as maintain an adaptable and flexible attitude.
A successful New Home Sales Consultant at Starlight Homes can expect to earn an estimated $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on performance and experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer service through inbound phone calls, educating interested parties about products, setting appointments, and answering questions in a professional manner.
- Develop, practice, and deliver a good sales presentation consistent with company training.
- Responsible for a high level of activity, including engaging with new prospects, following up with interested prospects, and setting appointments to close.
- 3-5+ years of proven track record within a direct selling role.
- Driver's License Required.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must exemplify a high level of professionalism in appearance and daily interactions with team, management, as well as customers.
