Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Dentists in Providing Patient Care
    • Support dentists in performing dental procedures, including restorations, extractions, and other treatments.
    • Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and supplies.
  • Provide Administrative Support
    • Manage patient records, including updating medical histories and treatment plans.
    • Coordinate with other clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient use of resources.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment
    • Ensure all areas of the dental clinic are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
    • Restock supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Collaborate with Other Staff Members
    • Work closely with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other support staff to achieve team goals.

Requirements
  • Education and Certification
    • Graduate of an accredited dental assisting program.
    • Current certification as a dental assistant (CDA) or equivalent.
