About the Role

As a Dentist with Mosaic Community Health, you will provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, working closely with our team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive, compassionate, and appropriate dental care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of high-quality dental treatment.
  • Supervise Dental Assistants and Dental Hygienists as assigned, ensuring a smooth and efficient clinical workflow.
  • Meet productivity goals and clinical measures and standards of the clinic, maintaining accurate electronic health records and completing documentation in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with current evidence-based guidelines, using this knowledge to create tailored treatment plans for patients.
Requirements
  • Current licensure to practice dentistry in Oregon.
  • 3-5 years of General Dentistry experience, with a preference for community health and/or FQHC experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Knowledge of health insurance plans and regulatory requirements, including CLIA and OSHA standards.
