We are seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse to fill the role of Nurse Manager, where you will oversee patient care and lead a team of healthcare professionals at Haven Behavioral Hospital of Phoenix.

Job Description:

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide oversight for the provision of care, serve as a resource to direct care staff, coordinate on-site responses to incidents, errors, and sentinel events, and support the Director of Nursing (DON) and Nurse Manager with staffing, staff education, and other activities assigned. You will also provide direct patient care when necessary or assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with one year in acute psychiatric care preferred
