Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our PrimeCARE Medical Clinic team.
Responsibilities:- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving
- Exercise sound judgment in providing medical advice and making decisions about patient care.
- Analyze complex medical information and make informed decisions.
- Patient Care and Communication
- Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Administrative and Clinical Tasks
- Manage electronic health records (EHRs) accurately and efficiently.
- Perform various clinical tasks, including blood draws, IVs, EKGs, PFTs, I&Ds, and other procedures as needed.
- Educational Background
- Medical degree from an accredited university.
- Licensure and Certification
- Active medical licensure in good standing in the state of Arkansas.
- CPR certification and other required licenses.
- Work Schedule and Availability
- Able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- PT: Work less than 30 hours per week.
- Soft Skills
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Ability to read and write English according to proper grammar rules.
- Patience, sound judgment, and discretion dealing with confidential information.
- Organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience with computer data entry.
- Knowledge of EHR systems.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, regulations, and medical office procedures.
- High traffic work area, high level of patient and employee interaction.
- Quiet to moderate noise level from electronic/machine, telephone, and vocal noise.
- Limited to moderate risk of occupational exposure to blood-borne pathogens and other potentially infectious materials.
