Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair custodial floor cleaning equipment and packaging equipment for customers.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Assist customers with equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Order parts as needed to complete repairs.
  • Perform Planned Maintenance Agreement repairs for contract customers.

Requirements:

  • One year certificate from college or technical school; or minimum of six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Pressure Washer, Floor care cleaning, or automotive/small engine repair experience preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to obtain DOT Med Card required.

Physical Demands:

The Service Technician will be required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and talk or hear regularly. Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling may be required. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally move up to 100 pounds.
