Make a Difference in the Lives of Local Youth

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Youth Development Professional at our Portsmouth, OH Club. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal growth of our young members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with planning and implementing engaging after-school programs that promote learning and fun.
  • Track and promote program participation, and encourage our members to reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with peers to create a positive and inclusive club environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience working with youth, preferably in a supervised setting.
  • Ability to provide guidance and be a positive role model for our members.
  • Final candidates must clear a background check and drug test.
What We Offer:
  • Part-time, Monday-Friday, 20 hours per week.
  • Typical schedule around 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm.
  • Starting pay rate is $17 per hour.
  • Includes Part-Time PTO and select Paid Holidays.
