Responsibilities
• Participate in resident reports and provide personal/nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
• Conduct activities and monitor resident requests and needs in a dignified and respectful manner
• Maintain a clean and pleasant environment for residents and assist in preparing them for daily activities
• Ensure resident food service needs are met in a timely and compassionate manner
• Maintain resident documentation records and adhere to established departmental and corporate policies and procedures
