Job Summary

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales and Catering team. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales and Catering team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media posts.
  • Coordinate with the events team to ensure smooth execution of events and meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and catering activities, including tracking leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and occupancy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
