Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough financial and operational reviews to identify potential risks and propose avenues for enhancement.
- Develop and implement audit blueprints that align with top-tier professional benchmarks.
- Scrutinize financial documents to confirm alignment with fiscal norms and regulations.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor audit teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit services.
- Stay up-to-date with sector-specific trends and norms, adapting audit methodologies accordingly.
- Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Possession of CPA credentials.
- At least three years of experience in auditing, with a focus on mortgage industry expertise.
- Deep understanding of assurance, taxation, affluent portfolios, property, and industrial processes.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and contemporary audit tools.
