Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audit Senior to join our vibrant Mortgage industry team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in auditing and a deep understanding of the mortgage industry.
Key Responsibilities- Lead complex financial and operational reviews within the mortgage domain.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies for mitigation.
- Design and implement audit plans that align with industry best practices.
- Review financial documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Manage audit teams and mentor junior professionals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, adapting audit methodologies accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification or equivalent.
- Minimum three years of experience in auditing.
- Strong knowledge of assurance, taxation, and financial services.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and audit software.
- Experience with pensions (EBP), brewing sectors, property development, and construction.
