Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Catheterization Laboratory Technician to join our team of skilled professionals. As a Cath Lab Tech with Bluepipes, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating with a talented team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the cath lab, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including fluoroscopy and ultrasound machines.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis and treatment of patients.
- Provide exceptional patient care and education, promoting a positive and supportive environment.
Requirements
- Current certification as a Catheterization Laboratory Technician (CRT) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a cath lab setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
