Traveling Catheterization Laboratory Technologist

Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a skilled and experienced Traveling Catheterization Laboratory Technologist to join our team.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly qualified and dedicated individual to work as a Traveling Catheterization Laboratory Technologist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical and patient support in a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting.
Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to physicians during invasive and non-invasive procedures
- Operate all equipment safely and correctly
- Assess procedure room for equipment functioning and readiness
- Obtain supplies for individual cases and ensure all appropriate needs of the Cardiac Cath Laboratory team are met
- Participate in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities
- Formal 2-year radiologic technology training in an AMA-approved school that meets requirements for registry by the ARRT
- Basic EKG Course
- Preferred: BS in Radiology or equivalent
- Preferred: 1 year of experience providing Cardiac Cath, Radiology Care
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in computed tomography
- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist
- State license if required
- American Heart Association BLS
- ACLS
- Guaranteed hours for Travel Contracts
- Preferred Booking Agreement for Local Contracts
