About the Job:
Epic Travel Staffing Allied is seeking a skilled Catheterization Laboratory Technologist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Cath Lab Tech, you will be responsible for assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with cardiovascular diseases.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the performance of diagnostic and interventional procedures in the catheterization laboratory
- Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including fluoroscopy and ultrasound machines
- Prepare and maintain patient records, including medical histories and procedure reports
- Collaborate with cardiologists, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest medical technologies and procedures
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Catheterization Laboratory Technologist in the state of Tennessee
- At least 2 years of experience in a catheterization laboratory setting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification
