Job Summary:The Director, Creative will be responsible for overseeing the creative direction of projects, ensuring they align seamlessly with our brand's vision and objectives. This role involves translating our brand's vision and strategy into captivating visual concepts that resonate with our audience and bring our ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the creative direction of projects, ensuring alignment with our brand's vision and objectives.
- Translate our brand's vision and strategy into captivating visual concepts that resonate with our audience.
- Develop and execute creative projects across traditional and digital mediums.
- Manage multiple, simultaneous projects with freelancers and our agency.
- Ensure all aspects of campaign creation and planning align with our organizational priorities.
- Manage our creative vendors and freelance talent, leading and inspiring them to deliver innovative designs that meet our high standards.
- Foster strong relationships and clear communication with external partners to ensure consistent creative output.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong graphic design skills.
- Facility with video and copy.
- Strong project management skills.
- Expert translator between creatives and business.
- Ability to manage agencies and freelancers.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to 'sell' your idea to non-creatives.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Strong portfolio of work.
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Fluency in Adobe Premiere.
- Fluency in Canva.
- Exceptional graphic design skills.
- Video editing skills.
This job operates in a professional office environment.
Salary Range:$100,000 - $145,000.
