Underwriter Development Program

Our Amwins Access Underwriter Development Program is a 2.5-year professional development program designed to accelerate candidates toward a career as a Production Underwriter at Amwins Access. Participants will engage in technical and sales workshops, on-the-job training, mentoring, and industry events. This in-person program is based in our The Woodlands, TX office, with occasional travel to regional offices for additional training.

What We're Looking For
  • Higher education preferred
  • Less than 3 years of insurance experience, preferred no prior underwriting experience
  • Individuals who desire and can hit metrics throughout the entire training program within a sales environment
