Position Overview:
The Resident Services Coordinator plays a vital role within the Property Management division, delivering essential support to the market office. This position is integral in facilitating various aspects of on-site property management, particularly in addressing resident inquiries and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the representative of the company, serving as the primary contact in the field office.
  • Handles incoming calls, providing general information or directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manages general email communications, offering information or redirecting as necessary.
  • Processes resident payments made in person at the office.
  • Posts necessary notices at residences as required.
  • Conducts occupancy and utility assessments when necessary.
  • Coordinates landscaping and pool maintenance services for newly acquired rental properties in the designated area.
  • Maintains an organized and systematic filing system on the shared drive, adhering to company protocols.
  • Oversees service work orders in the property management system and collaborates with the Field Operations team to ensure timely completion.
  • Handles work orders related to HOA violations and verifies resident chargebacks.
  • Engages with residents in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Ensures a high standard of customer service and professionalism in all resident interactions, whether via phone, email, written communication, or in person.
  • Assists in the preparation and distribution of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in the single-family or multi-family rental sector.
  • Familiarity with property management software is advantageous.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
  • Dedicated to delivering outstanding resident experiences.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Effectively interacts with colleagues and team members both in person and through digital platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer usage, with a solid understanding of the MS Office suite.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
