Job Summary

Flagship Facility Services LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Services Specialist to join our team at the Atlanta Hartsfield Airport location. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our airport facilities, including offices, restrooms, and common areas.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily janitorial tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of floors, as well as dusting and cleaning of surfaces, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Empty trash and recycling receptacles, and replace liners as needed.
  • Restock supplies, including paper products, cleaning solutions, and other essential items.
  • Operate industrial cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and scrubbing machines.
  • Assist with special projects, such as deep cleaning of high-traffic areas or event preparation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized janitor's closet, and ensure that all equipment and supplies are properly stored and secured.
  • Participate in ongoing training and safety meetings to stay up-to-date on best practices and company policies.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 6 months of experience in commercial facilities and building janitorial work desired.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies, up to 50 pounds.
  • Good listening and verbal communication skills, with ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.

The Janitorial Services Specialist will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality service. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team setting, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Physical Demands

The Janitorial Services Specialist will be required to perform a variety of physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time. The successful candidate will be able to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies, up to 50 pounds, and will be able to work effectively in a variety of environments, including offices, restrooms, and common areas.
