Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assembly Technician to join our team at Superior Talent Resources, Inc. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling products per work instructions, verifying work instructions, and learning new work instructions as needed.

Responsibilities:

* Assemble products per work instructions
* Verify work instructions match the assignment
* Learn new work instructions as needed
* Collect needed materials from bins
* Set up workstations per work instructions
* Assemble parts and inspect your work as instructed
* Complete needed training promptly
* Assist other manufacturing staff with their duties as requested
* Assist with other projects as requested by a member of management
* Perform equipment maintenance and calibration as needed in work instructions

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or GED
* Minimum 1 Month of manufacturing experience
* Minimum 1 Month of Soldering experience

Preferred Skills:

* Ability to read and understand Device/Work instructions
* Ability to understand verbal work instructions
* Ability to succeed in a highly regulated compliance-oriented environment while still providing service excellence
* Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
* Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurements, volume, and distance
* Ability to carry out tasks through detailed written or oral instructions
* Basic computer skills
* IPC soldering certification
* Ability to judge distances and spatial relationships
* Ability to read/write/communicate in English language

What We Offer:

* Pay: $18.00 /hr
* Hours: 40 hrs/Week (1st shift) (9/80 schedule)
* Length: Temp (12 Months)
