Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

A Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited institution, with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in industrial sectors such as refinery, petrochemical, chemical, offshore, pipeline, or utility industries; or an equivalent combination of education and experience that enables successful performance of the essential duties outlined above.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License as per state regulations.
  • Professional licensure is preferred but not mandatory.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient generalist skills in project management.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and time management capabilities.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment.
  • Proficient in computer applications including Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and project management software.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills applicable to project challenges.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to traverse up to one mile across industrial sites and construction areas in various weather conditions.
  • Capacity to wear protective gear that may increase body temperature for brief periods.
  • Ability to navigate multi-level stair towers and ladders independently.
  • Capability to hear safety signals while using hearing protection.
  • Ability to sit at a desk and use a computer for extended durations.
  • Physical capability to stand, use hands and fingers, grip, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and communicate effectively.
  • Visual acuity to distinguish colors and maintain safety awareness.
  • Ability to operate a vehicle and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Regularly lift and carry up to 15 lbs., with occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs. as needed.
