  • Project Approval and Resource Management: Secure project approval, determine resource availability, timeline, and financial commitment, and manage project progress.

  • Project Execution and Monitoring: Establish rapport with collaborating departments and teams, and complete post-project evaluations to determine project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 2-4 years of Project Management experience, including previous experience working in a PMO.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Intermediate knowledge of quality improvement methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma.
  • Intermediate knowledge of change management principles, including organizational dynamics, change theory, and improvement methods/tools.
  • Intermediate knowledge of risk management principles.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
