Daily Responsibilities

As a Senior Business Analyst, your role will involve a blend of providing support and collaborating on various initiatives, analyzing business processes, and implementing enhancements.

You will design solutions that align with business needs while adhering to technical constraints and best practices. Additionally, you will oversee projects from initiation to completion by developing project plans, monitoring progress against milestones, and providing status updates.

Collaboration is key; you will work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure alignment between technology solutions and business processes. You will lead the development of test plans and scenario planning to ensure successful integration.

Moreover, you will advocate for the use of technology in business processes through continuous improvement techniques, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating resolutions through comprehensive documentation and training.
