Job Overview:

Papé Group is seeking a dedicated Parts Warehouseperson to manage essential warehouse operations. This role involves the efficient handling of parts to support our service department and various company locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve parts to fulfill requests from the service department and other company locations.
  • Utilize computer systems, fax, and telephone to order parts as necessary.
  • Handle the processing of cores for exchange components.
  • Manage warranty claims for parts effectively.
  • Process returns, restock inventory, and issue appropriate credit memos.
  • Monitor and follow up on all back orders of parts.
  • Occasionally deliver parts as required.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and demonstrate familiarity with lift truck operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
