Quality and Compliance Project Leader
The Quality and Compliance Project Leader will enhance the organization's dedication to ensuring access to the PACE model of care while upholding quality standards and regulatory compliance.

This role is accountable for delivering project leadership and support to initiatives within the Quality and Compliance division, encompassing planning, coordination, scheduling, reporting, and oversight of projects to achieve departmental objectives.

Under the guidance of the Senior Vice President of Quality and Compliance, the Project Leader collaborates with cross-functional teams to aid in the design, execution, and assessment of quality and compliance program projects and initiatives.

The incumbent will partner with leaders and stakeholders across various functional areas to spearhead and implement projects that align with strategic goals and emerging trends.

The Project Leader is expected to communicate transparently, appreciate diversity, learn from data insights, and adapt as necessary. They thrive in a team environment focused on collaboration and accountability.

Key responsibilities include managing departmental projects by facilitating meetings among staff, members, vendors, and external stakeholders; preparing meeting agendas; researching and analyzing relevant topics; summarizing and communicating meeting outcomes; drafting reports; leading specific projects; and maintaining comprehensive project plans.

Additionally, the Project Leader will support organization-wide projects and assist with various membership-related initiatives as required.

Position Responsibilities
To excel in this role, the following essential duties must be performed effectively:

  • Plan, manage, and support assigned projects to ensure timely completion and impactful results.
  • Support initiatives using structured project delivery methodologies and guidance.
  • Identify and address obstacles to project success.
  • Alert project leads to potential barriers and risk factors when necessary.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, measurable success indicators, and implementation strategies for assigned projects.
  • Collaborate across the organization and with external partners/stakeholders to ensure projects deliver well-defined business outcomes.
  • Track and report progress against established plans, providing regular status updates to key stakeholders.
  • Integrate and analyze data from various sources to prioritize resource allocation, enhance strategic practices, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Act as a trusted collaborator by researching and sharing best practices, facilitating information sessions, and identifying potential solutions.
  • Demonstrate strategic operational expertise and collaborative problem-solving skills to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Working Conditions
This position offers flexible remote working arrangements. The work environment is characterized by a small, fast-paced team atmosphere with moderate noise levels. Typical office activities include prolonged periods of sitting and standing, along with the use of phones and computers.
