Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Specialist - Floor Care Professional to join our team. As a key member of our custodial team, you will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and clean all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
  • Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and other objects.
  • Clean, monitor, and maintain restrooms, fitting rooms, corridors, and store entrance areas.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in custodial or maintenance work.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
