We are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Engineer to join our team at Roche in Tucson, AZ. As a Product Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to our customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Level 2 troubleshooting and support for on-market products
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to design teams
- Create and update documentation, train internal personnel, and collaborate with product/software development teams
- Apply knowledge of engineering/IT principles, installation and repair procedures, system and hardware design, and troubleshooting principles and practices
- Estimated 25% travel (domestic/international)
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Microbiology, Information Technology, or related discipline
- 2 years of progressive experience, with prior experience with industry or diagnostics products
- Preferred qualifications: 1 year Technical Support Experience (Customer facing role incorporating experience with troubleshooting and training methodologies)
We offer a competitive salary range of $66,500 - $123,500, based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
