Energy Assistance Customer Care Professional

The Customer Care Professional will be responsible for interviewing applicants and completing applications for customers. They will also be responsible for documenting all required information and referring to local charities.
Key Responsibilities- Interview applicants and complete applications for customers
- Document all required information and refer to local charities
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in client interactions
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or social services preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse populations
- Proficiency in using computer applications and data entry software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Sensitivity to the needs and challenges of low-income or vulnerable populations
- Bilingual/Spanish a plus
