About the Job

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Cliffside Park, New Jersey. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct home visits to assess clients' physical needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions, such as manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance assessments, to improve clients' mobility and function.
  • Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.
  • Document observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately and efficiently using state-of-the-art technology.
Requirements
  • A current NJ Physical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
