Asphalt Sealant Crew Member:


Cincy Asphalt is a leading commercial paving and site development contractor based in Southwest Ohio, actively seeking skilled individuals to join our team.

We are looking for motivated and diligent individuals who are eager to advance their careers within a dynamic organization.


We aim to recruit several dedicated and hardworking Sealant Crew Members to assist in the application of sealcoat on asphalt surfaces such as parking lots, minor roadways, and driveways.


To excel in this role, candidates should possess physical stamina and the ability to work extended hours in various weather conditions. Overtime and weekend work may be required as needed.


Key Responsibilities:
Laborer Duties

Primary Responsibilities:
Utilizing a range of hand and power tools, including handheld and backpack blowers, weed eaters, push brooms, and other hand tools.

Safely and effectively applying sealcoat materials using a sealcoat broom.

Ensuring the worksite is free of debris after job completion.

Operating company vehicles in a safe and professional manner.

Applying hot pour crack fill materials safely using a direct-fire kettle.

Applying sealcoat materials cleanly using a sealcoat brush and/or spray wand.

Performing manual labor tasks such as shoveling, brooming, and raking.

Completing additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor, including asphalt patching and general concrete labor.

Laborer Requirements:

A high school diploma is required.

Demonstrated experience as an asphalt or construction laborer is preferred.

Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.

Willingness to travel to various job sites as necessary.

Capability to work long hours in diverse weather conditions.
