Job Description

At FPI Management, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our apartment community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our property, managing our staff, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.
  • Communication: Provide excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure effective communication with residents, vendors, and clients.
  • Employee Management: Supervise and manage our on-site staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating employees.
  • Leasing/Occupancy: Maintain occupancy levels, oversee leasing activities, and develop marketing strategies to attract new residents.
  • Revenue Management: Manage the maximum revenue potential of the property, including rent collections, delinquency, and budget management.
  • Reporting and Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including resident files, financial reports, and compliance documents.
  • Risk Management: Ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures, including reporting incidents and maintaining permits and licenses.
  • Facility Maintenance: Assist residents with maintenance requests, document facility needs, and ensure timely completion.
