We are looking for a highly experienced Middle Manager to oversee the daily operations of our programs. As a Program Officer for Monitoring and Evaluation, you will be responsible for conducting site visits, evaluating data, and writing reports to detail the outcomes of monitoring visits.

You will also be tasked with requesting corrective action plans from sites as necessary and recommending additional training for program sites if needed. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in program management, quality assurance methods, and child welfare systems. They will also possess a Master's Degree in Social Work or other behavioral science.

We offer a competitive salary of $95,000-$115,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
