Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate cash registers and process member purchases, including handling payments, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist with processing prescription and OTC orders, stocking and securing pharmacy supplies and merchandise, and completing paperwork and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy area, adhering to company procedures and standards.
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure efficient and effective operation of the department.
