Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Central Florida water group, driving business growth and development in the region.
- Interface with other water leaders across Florida and the US operations to advance our water resources offerings.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share in priority markets, including local and state clients.
- Supervise and direct staff to ensure optimal productivity, positive motivation, training, and employee recognition.
- Recruit and hire staff to meet client, contract, and company business objectives.
- Act as program/project manager and/or provide senior-level technical support/review for select projects and programs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, with a focus in Civil Engineering, Water Resources, or a closely related discipline.
- 15+ years of relevant post-education experience in water/wastewater engineering.
- Florida Professional Engineering License.
- Strong business development with connections to local agencies and municipalities in Central Florida.
- Experience with change management.
- Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP's health, safety, and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.
