Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Paradigm Oral Health

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceptional Patient Care: Greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, provide cost estimates, and collect patient payments with professionalism.
  • Team Collaboration: Manage the doctor's schedule, prioritize tasks, and ensure seamless communication with patients and referring offices.
  • Treatment Planning: Understand doctor treatment recommendations, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and communicate treatment options and associated costs clearly to patients.
  • Patient Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of all patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned to support the team's success.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma: Required for this position.
