Precise Systems (MD) is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in the development and implementation of nursing professional development programs for pediatric care settings.

Job Summary:

This position requires a highly skilled RN with expertise in pediatric care, adult education principles, and effective communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of Texas Nurses Association (TNA) and American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Accreditation (ANCC-COA) criteria.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement nursing professional development programs for pediatric care settings
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of educational activities and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
  • Provide educational services to nurses and unlicensed assistive personnel
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred
  • At least two years of RN experience in pediatric care
  • A current RN license to practice in the State of Texas
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to utilize computer software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and graphic presentations
Estimated Salary Range:

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
