Job Title: Electrical Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead our field operations in the Midwest. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of electrical projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct field personnel, including orientation, timekeeping, and daily reports.
  • Function as the Site Safety Representative for the project.
  • Conduct construction takeoffs, planning, and execution to ensure efficient and profitable project delivery.
  • Coordinate material ordering and receipt to meet job schedules.
  • Collaborate with Fabrication to optimize savings on field materials and labor.
  • Maintain personal tools as directed by Leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with Employee Handbook, Safety Manual, and Policy and Procedure Manual.
Requirements:
  • Strong commercial and industrial electrical background.
  • Experience running jobs/crews of 75-100+ personnel.
  • Ability to work 6 days a week when needed.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with sophisticated test equipment.
  • Knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC).
  • OSHA 30 Hour, CPR, and First Aid training.
  • Effective communication and productivity skills.
