**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Follow standard work instructions and procedures to ensure high-quality products
  • Perform structural welding in a shop environment, including machine setup, measuring, cutting, and assembling metal products
  • Grind and polish finished products to meet quality standards
  • Follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
  • Lift up to 50 pounds, stand, bend, and reach to perform tasks
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Troubleshoot issues and perform hands-on tasks as needed
  • Fill out inspection reports and requests using conventional and measuring instruments

**Requirements:**

  • 3-5 years of experience in welding and fabrication in a manufacturing environment
  • Qualified candidates must pass a weld test (3G & 4G MIG/Flux-core)
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
