Key Responsibilities

  • Manage documentation processes including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and claims.
  • Provide assistance and support to the project team in daily coordination efforts.
  • Oversee the procurement of necessary construction materials.
  • Conduct Quality Control and Quality Assurance checks.
  • Facilitate coordination among subcontractors.
  • Perform surveying and project layout tasks.
  • Capture weekly progress photos for reporting purposes.
  • Oversee the management of construction equipment.
  • Implement safety management protocols.
  • Assist in project estimating processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Previous internship, co-op, or work experience is advantageous.
  • Some positions may necessitate relocation.
