Healthcare Customer Service Advocate

Credit Solutions is a leading provider of Extended Business Office (EBO) Solutions and Bad Debt Recovery services. We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.
About the JobThis role offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including paid time off, holiday pay, company-paid life insurance, a 401k plan, health benefits, vision, and dental benefits. Our flexible schedule options include Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, and 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients over the phone, navigating them through the billing process and resolving outstanding balances.
- Negotiate and collect payments in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Experience in healthcare billing and finance.
- Understanding of HIPAA.
