RN CCSR Telemetry Specialist

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Telemetry team. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
About the Role:This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing education to patients and families. You will also work closely with our interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address patient needs and goals.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Provide education to patients and families on disease management, medication, and self-care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification through the AHA.
- Minimum two years of recent acute care experience in a telemetry unit.
