As a Telemetry RN, you will be responsible for assessing acute changes in patients, monitoring and analyzing heart rhythms, and intervening in emergency situations. You will work in a 36-bed Cardiac Telemetry Unit, providing care for patients with a wide range of conditions, including chest pain, stroke, COPD, and post-operative care.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
* Monitor and analyze heart rhythms, identifying arrhythmias and intervening as needed
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and education programs

**Requirements:**

* Current RN license from the Missouri State Board of Nursing or Multistate RN license from a participating compact state
* BLS certification required upon hire
* ACLS certification within 1 year of hire date
