Technical Agile Coach

We are seeking a skilled Agile Coach with extensive experience in technical coaching, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and DevOps practices. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to guiding teams through Agile transformations while nurturing a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate personnel at all organizational levels on Agile methodologies.
  • Conduct training sessions to equip teams with essential Agile skills.
  • Mentor teams in the application of Agile frameworks.
  • Provide constructive feedback and facilitate team growth.
  • Collaborate with employees across various functions to offer hands-on support.
  • Implement Agile processes and best practices throughout the organization.
  • Encourage a culture of collaboration, transparency, and innovation.
  • Exemplify Agile principles through personal leadership.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical Agile coaching.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD, DevOps, and transitioning from traditional methodologies to Agile.
  • Familiarity with Lean Agile principles, including SAFe.
  • Capability to support multiple teams concurrently.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Skill in customizing coaching approaches for diverse teams.
  • SAFe SPC 6.0 certification and experience in delivering SAFe training.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong leadership qualities and advocacy for Agile methodologies.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, teaching, and motivational skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement in Agile practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).

Familiarity with Tools:

  • Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, and PowerBI.
