Job Title: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital, a U.S. News-ranked children's hospital and the largest NICU in Broward County.

About the Role:
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill newborns and their families
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety
  • Contribute to the education and training of nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
About the Hospital:

Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital is a 220-bed children's hospital that provides a wide range of medical services to children from birth to age 21. Our hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and features a Level IV NICU with 62 beds, a Level II NICU with 22 beds, and a pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) with 24 beds.

About the Location:

Sunny Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is a vibrant and diverse community with a population of approximately 300,000. Our hospital is located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of beautiful beaches, restaurants, and shops.

Qualifications:
  • Current APRN national specialty certification
  • Minimum of a master's degree
  • Experience working in a NICU or pediatric intensive care unit
