Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity to join TEAM Concepts Corp as a multilingual customer service representative. In this role, you will be the face of the company, providing exceptional customer service and support to international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers in multiple languages
  • Handle product inquiries, availability, and shipment times
  • Foster strong relationships with customers through regular follow-up and updates
  • Provide detailed instructions to the warehouse team for receiving and shipping products
  • Maintain accurate knowledge of inventory levels, pricing, and product information
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and inside sales
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong bilingual skills in Spanish and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Systems and SAP
  • Temporary to Permanent Opportunity

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide paid parking and a team atmosphere with ongoing training and support.
