Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to nursing staff
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure safe and effective patient care
  • Collaborate with site leadership and regional teams to achieve operational and clinical performance targets
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in medicine
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
