As a VPK Educator, your responsibilities will include:
  • Creating a secure, nurturing, and stimulating educational environment for young learners.
  • Implementing our unique L.E.A.P curriculum, utilizing engaging characters to make learning enjoyable.
  • Fostering strong relationships with families and colleagues to cultivate a harmonious learning atmosphere.
  • Maintaining open communication with parents, sharing updates on their children's progress and experiences through various channels.

Do You:
  • Possess a genuine enthusiasm for the education and care of young children?
  • Have completed the required DCF 45 hours and hold a CDA or staff credential? (mandatory)
  • Hold a valid VPK certification?
  • Have at least one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of relevant experience (required)?
  • Possess an associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred) or a high school diploma/GED (required)?
